Summer Swim Schedule and Mandatory Parent Meeting
The Mandatory Parent meeting will be March 26th at 6:30 in the high school library.
The following is the tentative swim schedule. Weekday meets are held in the late afternoon/early evening. Weekend meets typically begin around 8am with 7 am warmups. In order to attend Championships you must attend 3 league meets and one invitational. Any questions will be addressed at the parent meeting.
- May 23 – Dos Palos @ Hilmar
- June 8 – Hilmar & Los Banos @ Kerman
- June 12 – Los Banos @ Hilmar
- June 22 – Kerman Invitational
- June 26 – Hilmar @ Atwater
- June 29 – Hilmar & Los Banos @ Chowchilla
- July 13 – Los Banos Sprints Invitational
- July 15 – Atwater @ Hilmar
- July 20-21- Championships – Location TBD but most likely in Merced.

The following is the tentative summer swim schedule. In order to attend Championships you must attend 3 dual meets and 1 invitational. Any questions will be addressed at the parent meeting.

- June 3 – Kerman @ Hilmar
- June 8 – Turlock @ Hilmar
- June 13 – Hilmar @ Atwater (Buhach Colony High School)
- June 17 – Sprints Invitational, Location TBD
- June 24 – Atwater Invitational @ Buhach Colony High School
- June 29 – Chowchilla @ Hilmar
- July 8 – Hilmar/Dos Palos @ Los Banos
- Week of July 9 – Turlock @ Hilmar (specific date TBD)
- July 22 – Championships, Location TBD
- Registration between February 14, 2023-April 30, 2023
- After April 30, 2023 a $25 late fee will be assessed.
- Cost per swimmer is $250.00
- Payment options: Online at website (processing fees apply) or Cash in FULL at parent meeting ONLY. No exceptions.
- New option to “buy-out” points and fundraising requirements. Please see additional announcement with details. Can only be done with online registration.
- If paying in cash you must still register swimmer online before paying at the parent meeting.
- Online payment allows you to pay in installments.
- No late payments will be accepted. Swimmers will not be able to practice until registration is paid in full.
- Discount codes for swim-a-thon have been circulated. Please contact Erika Tremble (352) 246-3939 if you did not receive one and believe you should have.
- Board meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm at 6342 Golf Link Road, Hilmar. All parents are welcome to attend.
